Notice of Fuel Surcharge Implementation

We would like to inform that due to recent rapid changes in diesel fuel prices, a fuel surcharge will be applied to transport services starting from Monday, 16.03.2026. The fuel surcharge rate for the coming week will be announced each Friday based on the latest fuel price.

The fuel surcharge will be calculated based on the diesel price published in the Circle K Estonia business customer fuel price list. The reference level (base price) is set at the average diesel price of the last five months, which is 1.54 €/l. No fuel surcharge will be applied at this base level.

If the diesel price exceeds the base level, the fuel surcharge will be calculated using the following formula:

Fuel surcharge (%) =
((current diesel price – 1.54 €) / 1.54 €) × 30%

The 30% coefficient reflects the approximate share of fuel costs in overall transport operating costs.

Example

If the diesel price is 1.82 €/l:

((1.82 – 1.54) / 1.54) × 30% = 5.45%

In this case, a 5.45% fuel surcharge will be applied to the transport service price.

The fuel surcharge will be adjusted in line with diesel price changes and will be shown as a separate line on invoices.

The purpose of this measure is to balance fluctuations in fuel prices and ensure the continued stability and sustainability of transport services.
